Returns and Refund Policy – SHS Steel Horse Supply

At SHS Steel Horse Supply, every product is printed to order specifically for you. Please review your selected design, colour and size carefully before completing your purchase.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change-of-Mind Returns
SHS Steel Horse Supply does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds when:

You change your mind

You select the incorrect size, design or colour

You decide you no longer want the product

The product does not fit because an incorrect size was selected
Please review our sizing guides carefully before placing your order.
This does not affect your rights when an item is faulty, damaged, significantly different from its description or incorrectly supplied by us.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible—preferably within 14 days of delivery.

Clear photographs of the product and packaging
We may need to assess the product before providing a remedy.
Where the product does not meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, an appropriate remedy will be provided. Depending on the nature of the problem, this may include a repair, replacement or refund.
For a major problem, you are entitled to choose between a refund or replacement in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Any approved return costs for a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied item will be covered by SHS Steel Horse Supply.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
After the refund has been processed, please allow approximately 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind or customer selection errors. This does not limit any entitlement to shipping-cost reimbursement under the Australian Consumer Law when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
