Production times vary depending on the product ordered.

Production time occurs before your order is dispatched and is not included in the delivery transit estimates shown at checkout.

Production may take longer during peak periods.
Australian Shipping
Delivery estimates apply after production and dispatch:

Standard Tracked Shipping: $14.95 AUD
Estimated transit time: 3–5 business days -
Express Tracked Shipping: $19.95 AUD
Estimated transit time: 1–2 business days
Express shipping reduces delivery transit time only. It does not reduce the time required to produce your order.
Free Shipping
Free Standard Tracked Shipping is available on Australian orders of $120 AUD or more.
International Shipping
SHS Steel Horse Supply currently ships within Australia only. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Orders containing multiple products may occasionally be dispatched separately. If this occurs, tracking information will be provided for each shipment.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your name and shipping address are complete and correct before placing your order.
