Orders

All orders are subject to product availability, payment authorisation and acceptance by SHS Steel Horse Supply.

We may decline or cancel an order where:

  • There is an obvious pricing or listing error

  • Payment cannot be authorised

  • Fraudulent or unauthorised activity is reasonably suspected

  • An order breaches these Terms and Conditions

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will notify you and provide a full refund to the original payment method.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Product prices and shipping charges are displayed before you complete checkout.

Prices may be changed at any time before an order is placed. Price changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted.

We take reasonable care to ensure pricing is accurate. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you to provide the option of confirming the order at the correct price or receiving a full refund.

Products

We aim to display product descriptions, designs, colours and images as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device and screen settings.

Because our products are printed to order, minor variations in print colour, placement and appearance may occur during production.

These minor variations do not limit your rights where a product is faulty, significantly different from its description or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

Production and Fulfilment

SHS Steel Horse Supply is an Australian-owned online apparel retailer.

Certain products are printed, produced and fulfilled on our behalf by selected third-party manufacturing and fulfilment providers.

SHS Steel Horse Supply remains responsible for assisting customers with products purchased through our store. Customers should contact SHS Steel Horse Supply directly if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.

Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by supplier capacity, peak periods, postal delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
